Ooh. I like the idea, too, although I'm no judge of how, or how easy/dificult it is. I'll check with folks who know something about photography, and see if we have the capability in house to pursue it.
I did a little research, and asked some folks who are much more informed about photography than I am. It would require dedicating a stationary camera, focused on the one spot, and a fixed schedule of snapping the pictures. There are cameras that do that part for you - similar to security cameras. It then would require some software to take the set of fixed pictures, and turn them into a video. Finally, it takes someone with artistic talent, not only photography skills, to put it all together. All potentailly doable, but probably outside our range.
